new to the site and looking for help.i have an 08 lighting that has had a hesitation @ 4200 rpm @ certain throttle positions.my buell dealer recently installed a new ecm with a new down load from buell and reset the throttle position sensor.it helped a lot but there is still some hesitation at times.ever since the new ecm was installed my fan runs constantly.if the bike is moving the fan is on.soon as i stop the fan shuts off.soon as i take off the fans back on.the fan is not running when i shut the bike off.it's doing the total opposite it it was doing before the new ecm was installed.the bike is running better,not a 100%,but better.and i am afraid i am going to burn up my fan.looking for some input.the dealer has been great about doing every thing they can.hope some one has some more insight. |

Don't know if you need further help on this as this thread is old. But the new ECU flash makes the fan run as you say. this apparently is progress. |
