new to the site and looking for help.i have an 08 lighting that has had a hesitation @ 4200 rpm @ certain throttle positions.my buell dealer recently installed a new ecm with a new down load from buell and reset the throttle position sensor.it helped a lot but there is still some hesitation at times.ever since the new ecm was installed my fan runs constantly.if the bike is moving the fan is on.soon as i stop the fan shuts off.soon as i take off the fans back on.the fan is not running when i shut the bike off.it's doing the total opposite it it was doing before the new ecm was installed.the bike is running better, not a 100%,but better.and i am afraid i am going to burn up my fan.looking for some input.the dealer has been great about doing every thing they can.hope some one has some more insight.

Don't know if you need further help on this as this thread is old. But the new ECU flash makes the fan run as you say. this apparently is progress.
