Be careful to tuck your shoestrings into your shoes or tie short loops.
Mine got hung on my shifter in heavy traffic while downshifting to turn left, not a fun way to start a ride home from work.

Used to happen to me often. but after my wreck I bought a pair of 50/50 boots that i wear when riding. we still need to get together and ride one day. another friend of my just got himself and XB12

Same thing happened to me on my Blast on the way to work about 6 years ago. Been tucking those bootlaces ever since. Sometimes tuck them on days when I don't ride (out of habit). Scary Stuff.

Yeah, we do need to ride. I just replaced my back tire so I feel better, but I found an oil leak I have to look into. Im not much of a wrench monkey, but gotta learn I guess.
