I have a 2006 Uly. When turning left really slow, the bike briefly shuts off. It doesn't throw any engine code. I have disabled the BAS using ECMSPY and have looked for the obvious loose ground chaffed wire. Also, it seems to be worse when the bike is warm. Have any of you experienced this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |

It sounds like some wiring is getting pinched or stretched when you turn, look at the handlebar harnesses to see if anything is shorting out when you turn left. Also look for the each harness to see if it's overly tight and pulling when you turn the handlebars. The reason why it may happen when warm more than cold is because the wire plastic cover is harder when cold and less likely to stretch. |

do you have this wireloom guide ? on the early 06 there was a short one, going to full lock to the left, the wire loom is getting pinched, and can cause a lot off electrical gremlins , easy fix with this later model guide ( part number Y1000.2AK ) |
