So I took my 08 XB12R to the drag strip in Sacramento, on my last run the CEL came on. Bike ran fine far as I could tell. I pulled the codes and it flashes code 34. Looking around for the past few hours, the only lists I can find of codes don't even have 34 WTF does this code mean??

Hello,

troublecode 34 means there is a fault in the IAC (idle air control). I had this code several times, but the engine runs fine. Even after changing the IAC the errorcode comes if the engine is running at idle for more than a minute.

May be we will get a software update of the ecm software also in germany within the next months.
