I download pictures and it tells me it has too many pixals. Does anyone know how to shrink them?

Click HERE to download Microsoft Image Resizer for Windows XP only. It lets you simply right click on almost any image and resize it. One of many wonderful "Power Toys" for XP, which can all be found HERE

By resizing to 640x480, most images will be small enough for BadWeB. Some really big pictures you can resize twice. The download is only about 500k, takes seconds to install, no reboot required. You'll be resizing in seconds!
