I seen on here someone had an idea of putting some 2x4 pieces under the kickstand so I tried that idea. Didn't look to safe so I took my 14" Honda snow tire (with rim) and slid it under my muffler while I was tipping my bike. The bike rested on the rubber part of the tire with both wheels off the ground and sat safely on the tire. My kickstand was still on the 2 pieces of 2x4 and this worked perfectly. Just took off both my calipers, took off the rear belt guard and they came off super easy. The HD/Buell guys near me wanted $110.00 to take my tires off, dismount old ones, mount and balance my new tires. I said, F-that and did it myself and saved some dough. Thought I would share.
