He did a very nice job. Most look somewhat incomplete but that one looks like he put some thought into it.
I definately dig it!

"BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS. I'LL DELIVER TO UPS, FOR SHIPPING."

Parts for sale are really worth looking into, BUT from the guy's description (and low feedback), you could wind up having to pay him $500 or more for shipping !!!

There are some good parts there, but I dont know about his project. I think he probably should have used a lightning front end or a X1. But why completely destroy a good bike to do that, he could have just looked for those parts?

You know guys, we should take some pride in this actually!!

Think about it, what other powerplant, in reguards to simplicity, availability, and proven performance, gives such a HUGE performance potential?? They use our engines because it is cheaper, more compact, and simple, then trying some kind of S&S or PM engine/trans combo.

I know, it is still a waist of a phenominal performing machine, but guys out there with money will always get what they ultimately want. Thats just a fact of life.

And I may have to keep an eye on that bay item, hmmm, s to r tail conversion, custom swingarm project, hmmmmmmmmmmm

Thats a nice looking ride, nothing wrong with using the motor and forks. I'm not big into the shifter though.

Looks like there is a mark on the frame. I think "never been down" may not be truthful.

Look at the engine again. That sure doesn't look like an XB motor to me. Look at the primary case.

Is anyone here bidding? I'd like to buy the back sprocket and belt!

His feedback isn't that bad if you go through and read the history!

Hmmm, his text says no accidents, but there's a big dent on the frame... I'd think a guy could buy the parts that he ended up using for less than a relatively new bike to make such a conversion...

3 bikes? None of them really special in my opinion. All parts appear to be from mail order kits. Maybe I'm wrong. I think the bikes are not what everyone is lookin at.

true, that is not what i am looking at. but if you look at all the bikes that are "custom", only maybe bout 20% are really custome built with one off parts. there are so many bike companies out there now it is crazy, unless you go beyond what most people would ride on a weekend, or let alone ride on a day to day basis, a bike looks like most other bikes. the only thing that seems to seperate bike nowadays is the paint.
