Hey guys. New Buell owner here. I picked up an 06 Cityx that had been sitting for a couple of years, so I had to remove the fuel pump and when I did, the regulator housing cracked.

I tried finding that part and it's just not available without buying an entire used FP assembly, which I don't need.

There's no fuel proof glue that I know of that will hold up for repairing this(tried jb weld and marine tex already). So I was just wondering if anyone had this issue and tried using the 00-07 HD softtail regulator housing and the hd regulator?

Thanks for any info advice - Chadd

I know where to get full replacement kits. I don’t know if Chaz sells the components separately. I would just replace the whole thing. https://aagaardmotofoundry.bigcartel.com/product/s tark-fuel-pump-kits-for-03-09-buell-xb-motorcycles ?fbclid=IwAR3xdRqzCmlxXuckF1s2W1UQ4l-hctt9EiUkgks0 mxc9o8OEH3Yvts2SKq8,http://https://aagaardmotofoun dry.bigcartel.com/product/stark-fuel-pump-kits-for -03-09-buell-xb-motorcycles?fbclid=IwAR3xdRqzCmlxX uckF1s2W1UQ4l-hctt9EiUkgks0mxc9o8OEH3Yvts2SKq8}

Chaz will sell you the parts you want, at least that’s what he told me.
I’m glad you know he has that stuff, I was going to post his info =]

I’m rebuilding an 06 CityX as well… taking my chances, I was able to ride it… it was crashed in 2012.
I may end up rebuilding the whole assembly, but it worked before I pulled it apart this last spring.

You know Chaz will do the injectors too then, that may be necessary as well…

Thanks for the mention and support fellas! Yes we stock all the fuel pump parts, and have cleaned injectors for a large number of Buellers. Look us up or drop a line: chazaag@gmail.com
