It'll be a bit before I can get photos uploaded to show, but I updated the handlebar switches and throttle with relative ease, and here's how.

Motion Pro R6 throttle tube
Pro Grip 714 grips (or any grip you prefer, like traction grips)
EBR throttle cables and housing
EBR switches.

~70° rotation to full throttle compared to stock 110ish° (quick turn conversion). Cables have enough adjustment to work with XB throttle bodies, and are long enough for Firebolts, probably not long enough for Lightnings though. Switches are plug and play, but I had to drill 2 holes in the bar to use the locating dowels in the right side controls.

I bought the cables and case used on eBay to save some coin, but here's the links to find and buy everything new if you prefer.

I get the benefit of the quick turn throttle. Does it require the EBR cables? and what is the benefit of the EBR switches?

Tim, they look much better, more updated looking and are already wired and plugged to match, so they are plug and play.

I guess they don't include switches for heated grips?

I talked to tech about heated grips on the 1190s after the restart and was told it was something that they were working on previously, but it wasn't a priority at that time.
So, no luck.
I went this route instead on my 1190:

Many places to buy.
Would probably work better on the XB since there's real clearance issues for the switch controller on an 1190. Solvable, but it's a tiny envelope.

I have these heated grips on my Ducati and Guzzi and will install them on my new to me Uly when the time comes. The main benefits of the Koso's are 5 levels of heat and the controller is located on the left grip so gives a real clean installation.
