Morning! I spend most of my time over on the tuber section of the forum, but was hoping someone here could help me. I picked up an XB shifter and have plans to mount it on my S1. The S1 engine doesn't have the threaded boss on the primary cover that the shifter attaches to, so I need to make something to mount it. My pegs also appear to be in a different position from the XB pegs, lower and further back, so I can't just put it in the same position as I think it'll be way too far from my peg.

Can anyone take a few measurements for me, distance from the center of the shift shaft to the center of the shift peg pivot, shift peg pivot to the center of the foot peg, and center of the peg to the center of the shift shaft(and mention whether you're measuring on the XBS or XBR, since I know the pegs are slightly different, an inch, I believe, right?). This will help me make sure I get mine in the right spot. I know the easiest answer will be to mount it so the toe peg is exactly where mine is now, but just trying to make sure I cover all my bases.

One other thing that would be helpful getting the position right, but might be a little harder to get so I'll be happy to take what I can get... the distance the shifter moves when you upshift. Curious to see if the throw is any different between the XB and S1 shift linkage.

And I just noticed that the picture I pulled from google has some kind of extensions used on the footpeg brackets moving them lower than they otherwise would be, but you still get the idea. My footpegs are in the stock position. Another picture of one in the stock position just to be clear.

Thinking about it.... while you guys have your tape measures out, I know I'm getting needy... just to get a good idea of exactly where my footpeg is compared to the XB peg, if you could measure the distance between the center(or top, just tell me which you used) of the footpeg, and each of the 3 bolts at the very rear of the primary cover. The primary covers are different, but I assume chances are good at those 3 bolts are in the same position.
