I'm looking for a set of front No rear axle sleeves for a 03 xb9r. Any help would be great

Sleeves? If you mean spacers, there are none. The axle and right fork leg have steps built in to center the wheel, and the bearings ride directly on the axle.

Maybe you mean the spacers that go in between the wheel bearings!?
