I put an EBR front wheel, rotor, and caliper on my bike yesterday. I had these custom spacers made up the other day to adapt the wheel from a 30mm axle to the XB 25mm axle, and had to notch the fork lower about .050" in one spot to clear the wheel hub, but otherwise was a bolt-on affair.

Thanks! I got the spacers from Jeff Whiles for cores, as the axle size change is the same as the axle size change needed for the tuber to XB rear wheel conversion. Then I had Zach at NRHS cut the shoulders cut down to match the EBR wheel spacer that fits in the dust seal, which is the same spacer that the 3 bearing Buell rear wheel uses (dust seals and front and rear EBR bearings are the same as the the Buell 3 bearing rear, for that matter). The EBR and Buell hubs are nearly identical width, so this was as an overall very easy conversion, after some well-planned research and help from some good friends : ).

Thanks man! I try to keep everything tasteful : ). I can't tell you how many hours I've spent looking over each part and pondering my next change.

It's a washable billet oil filter by K&P engineering. And thanks!

Just curious, why did you mount the front brake reservoir so high?

That was just the easiest way to mount it for now. It's temporary as I'm looking for an option I like to replace the reservoir and bracket.

Right now it has an 11/16" bore Nissin radial master cylinder from a GSXR. I also have the proper 3/4" bore Nissin radial MC from the 1190RX, but neither are staying with the bike. Upgrading to a billet MC instead. I'd like to find a real hydraulic clutch conversion as well that uses DOT4, unlike the Magurs setup that uses Mineral oil.
