Curious what you guys were able to do with the rear shock. I'm a dirt bike rider, and suck suspension really annoys me. The rear shock on my xb12ss 2009 model needs help on high speed square edged bumps like concrete joints, 1,2 inch hits at any speed.

Thanks

Hi Cbig,

a XB12SS is not really a dirt bike,
suspension cannot be compared,

for the stock shock,
you can ease off the compression and rebound and drop the spring pretension, to make it softer.
but this will also have a effect on cornering, the rear will become unstable

an upgrade to a high end rear shock with high speed dampening adjustment, would make this better

gr, bud
