what gearing are you running with sprockets?

For Willow Springs I'll run 20/46. XB9 gearing in primary. I can spin the motor to 7,500 all day and 8,000 if needed -- so the lower gearing is really sweet. I think with a 12, you'd still be good with that gearing for a fast track. Otherwise maybe a 47 or 48 for something more twisty... but it's just hard to guess. Grab a 46 and a 48 and try them both at the track you're going to hit... IF you're talking street, you may not want to spin the motor so much.

Where do you get your sprockets from? Are they a universal fit, or buell specific?

By the way, we are talking gearing with 525 chain.

Vortex makes sprockets to bolt directly to Buell XB wheel. Don't know if any of our sponsors sell them - bought my last ones from Kneesliders.
