I'm doing the good old 10k service here, and I'm looking through to see if i need anything other than just the engine oil, can someone point me in the right direction? Thank ya!

You will also need primary/transmission fluid and fork oil. Why aren't you changing the brake fluid while you are at it? Your profile says you have an 05, if the fluid is original it is over 5 years old. Replace it.

For Primary trans fluid, will amsoil work well? And I'm getting work done on my bike so may as well get everything else changed, and i changed brake fluid about a month and a half ago, most unfortunately i walked outside this morning and the engine wouldn't turn over, all i have is starter going, i think timing or something got screwed, nevertheless, Thank you Froggy and Brum!

Yes Amsoil will work great. 20w-50 in the engine and trans.
