I have a good amount of good quality NEW Buell parts that I cant use on the NEW racer. Some things are high end upgrades that where going to go onto original race bike turned streeet bike, the yellow XB14R Firebolt. These parts should be on a fellow Buellers bike blasting down a twist road instead on gathering dust in a box. If you own a Buell Firebolt XB12R/XB9R you hit the jackpot !!lol
For EXAMPLE: New Front end, Showa 56mm forks end installed with NEW TRAXXION CARTRIDGE KITS (1000$) only used for 1 track day and 200 miles . Changed over to Ohlins forks with Ceramic Brakes.NEXT PERFORMANCE part is the lower transmission primary gears ans chain for the XB12R(It might work on ALL HD buells?) They say it gives you MUCH MORE bottom end power, you only lose 5mph top speed and you dont have to remap your ECM.(400$) BUT if you just have to have that new Drummer exhaust I also have a Factory Race ECM for the Buell XB12R( IT DOES NOT WORK FOR THE XB9R!!)(400$) then there is MDI carbon fiber ( good brand )CF =XB12R/XB9R Front and rear fender,CF belly pan,CF rear shock cooler ,CF front pulley cover ( nice!). BRAKING: Showa master cylinders, front rotor, NEW IN BOX Rear wave rotor, and a pair of gold rims . ect ect im sure I missed something lol
thats about anouther 2500$

Total is roughly 4300$/4500%
I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME OR ENERGY TO RUN BACK AND FORTH TO GIVE THESEPERFORMANCE/STYLING PARTS AWAY. I HAVE A HEATH ISSUE WITH FATIQUE. SO TO HELP BOTH FELLOW BUELLERS AND ANDY (SIMONS COMPETITION... THEY ADVERTIZE HERE )
AT THE SAME TIME , I GAVE ANDY ALL THE PARTS WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS TO CHARGE BUELLERS FOR THE INSTALLATION BUT GIVE THEM THE PARTS FOR FREE.THIS WAY BOTH SIDES MAKE OUT WELL .

BTW ANDY JUST UPDATED THE YELLOW 1420CC YELLOW BUELL INSTALLING THE GOLD OHLINS FRONT FORKS MOUNTED IN THE BLACK BILLET ..SPIDERWEB TOP TRIPLE TREE MOUNT WITH DUEL DIGITAL HEAD TEMPERATURE GAUGES
ON EACH SIDE OF THE IGNITION.TOPPING THE SPIDER WEB TOP TRPLE TREE MOUNT, ARE BLACK ADRENILIN MOTO CLIP ONS. FOR LEVERS SHORTY GOLD CRG UNITS WITH RED INDICATORS WHERE USED WITH MATCHING GOLD OBERON PRE LOAD ADJUSTERS AND BLACK/GOLD RIZOMA GRIPS.... AND THE CROWNING COMPONEENT IS THE NEW -RACING/RACE STYLING TAIL SECTION FROM ADRENILIN MOTO . SHARPER CORNERS WITH TRIANGLATED TEAR DROP DESIGN THE EUROPEAN RACE AIR BOX COVER WITH TOP AIR SCOOP MATCHES THE NEW TAIL SECTIONS WIRE COVERED INTAKES THAT ARE TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT OF THE NOW SINGLE SEAT. i USUALLY DONT LIKE TO BRAG BUT THIS BUELL TURNED OUT TO BE THE BEST LOOKING BUELL IVE EVER SEEN BYE FAR. ITS JUST STUNNING !!! I WOULD MARRY IT BUT THEN IT WOULD JUST START MAKING A TON OF NOISE , NEVER WANT TO GO ANYWERE AND THEN LEAVE ME STRANDED LOLOL
PICS LATER TAKE CARE

Don't suppose you'd be willing to sell the wave rotor and ship it over to the western side of the US?

You make me want to move to Pennsylvania. I'm interested in your trans/primary parts, and possibly some of the carbon pieces. The problem is, like Miami78, I live in Nevada. Thats a long ride to have Andy Simon do the install.

13 hour ride for new forks to replace my potentially f'ed up ones from my crash (that I cant afford to mess with any more)

here's hoping that come spring I can still try and grab those (it started to snow and sleet the other day, I don't think I can make the ride right now and I don't own a truck to tow there)

Hello all 1324 came down to get the parts at SIMONS COMPETITION. He and his wife are very cool. Andy and i gave him a tour of the shop and the Buell projects 1324 took pics of some of the new mods on the yellow 1420cc Firebolt ( ceramic perimeter brakes ect ect ) And he saw the new racer(to the new BMW s1000 and Kawasaki zx10R ... we are going to .ROCK your world lol) 1324 was kind enough NOT to take parts he wasnt going to use so other BUELLERS can use them. The RACE ECM for a XB12R AND ( drum roll) The lower Primary gears for a XB12R ( BRAND NEW) Same deal as before : FREE parts with INSTALLATION!!! OR you give money to SIMONS COMPETITION ( Andy ) if you want to do install yourself .

WHIte thank you , I just got done doing paperwork , before i run down to the race shop. I cant put the new tail section on until Andy is done comparing dimensions for the race Buell. Its the new tail section on http://www.trojan-horse.co.uk
heavy duty construction and the BEST LOOKING bodywork ive ever seen on a BUELL. MATT did a fantastic job. BTW the Carbon fiber frame rail covers give 5X the protection of the rubber pucks, and look great also. 160$ a PAIR

Yes, I did in fact make it down to get the parts last night. First off, let me say that I've met some amazing Buellers over the years, and most have been very generous with their time, resources, and help. Jake completely blows them all out of the water. Clearly, he loves Buells, motorcycling, and spreading the joy. If for no other reason, I'm honored to have met someone like Jake. Very humbling indeed.

Sappy shit aside, I can also say that Andy Simons does AMAZING work - both of Jake's bikes were there and were something else. Andy is definitely old school, and while his shop is full of HD bikes, he is in no way a pure HD'er, if that makes sense. This guy is a dedicated professional, pure and simple. Again, another honor to meet people like this since the majority of motorcyle shop proprietors seem to only be there to make a living. Andy loves what he does. Bottom line - if need any work done, I'd highly recommend Andy's shop!

I'd also like to apologize for the terrible picture quality. I forgot my camera when I left the house yesterday and all I had was my cell phone. The three of us were also a bit rushed last night, so I didn't get much time to photograph things. But anyway:

XB14R Oil Cooler setup

XB14R Custom exhaust setup (can not shown very well)

XB14R Cockpit w/ dual head temp displays

XB14R Front brake/suspension setup

Front end of the race bike. The front end doesn't even hint at what they have in store. I am anxious to see next season's racing already!
