I've seen a few over the past few weeks. Fort Bragg, Sanford, Raleigh area. I'm fairly new on my '09 xb12 and ride any chance I can! Anyone around the area wanna ride? Anyone know some good routes? Not a fan of just going fast, I want the twisties! My goal is to be able to get on the dragon by the end of the season.

My name is Dean Bush and I live in Gastonia,NC. Probably the closest twisties to you are North Wilkesboro Area, nice road surface watch out for gravel and such, but overall a good road. My favorite road,Race course Road Atlanta before they took out the "GRAVITY CAVITY", HAS TO BE 181 going up Brown Mountain. Approximately 19 miles from last store on right at bottom to first store on left at the top "supper stretch of pavement" best rode during the week. There are a ton of great twisties in Northern Georgia I have raced & rode my Bicycle on many of them and trust me I know they would be better ridden on my motorcycle. I am going to do my best to go to the Buelltoberfest IV October 15-17. If you are out this way give me a heads up and maybe we can ride together.
