03 xb9r. when i fire it up its idling really low. almost wanting to die. then when i get up to about 4 grand its cutting in and out like its bad fuel. it started doing it whenever i changed my spark plugs. anyone have any idea???

Did u gap the plugs correctly?? Tight wire connections?? Just Mr. Obvious suggestions

the dealership told me not to gap them. said they were pre gapped. are they just dumb?

Every 10r12 plug I've put in needed to be gapped. Most were about .010-.015 too small...

so what you guys are telling me is to not listen to hd dealerships anymore because theyre morons.awesome. so can someone tell me the correct gap?

Still have your old plugs? Try putting them back in and see if it changes back to running ok. If it does, maybe you got a set of bad plugs?

Check your pcv valve and make sure its properly seated. Mine wiggled its way out when I rotated the motor and did basically the same thing.

My NGK Iridiums were not properly gapped when I got em. There was a .01 difference in them. check the gaps.
