Have yall seen any helicon engines in any other frames than a Buell/EBR chassis?

Ive got a wrecked 1125R and looking for ideas what to do with the powertrain. It's my 2nd 1125R, so putting it back in stock condition interests me little, dont need two of the same bike.

I want something that's NOT a sportbike (again, already have another 1125R)

Seems like there was an aftermarket frame for the XB. Manufacturers name eludes me. Might be possible to shoehorn the helicon in.

See if LAP cycles frame fits. Maybe they’ll sell one.

Figor - wow, that's awesome! I'd just want something street legal. Honestly, if I had a dirtbike style frame I'd love to do a metal tank and give it a very 70s vintage look.

I have a little TS100 I kick around town on and love the styling of it. Just sucks having to plan your routes methodically because top speed is about 54mph!

Nice ride. I had a KE100 when I was 12. I bored it out and tuned it to a nice pipe. I weighed about 80 lbs. it would do 90. I was telling my uncle about it and he called bs. I said follow me. He had an old junk station wagon. He could barely keep up. He came back and walked up to my dad and said “you know you’re sons doing 90 on them old country roads?” My dad just shook his head. I had a lot of fun on that bike.

I have a hard time thinking it'd do 90 too, unless you just had some wild gearing on it ha

I was talking to a welder yesterday, by the way. We're brainstorming some ideas...
Also, Im in communication with NCCR in Sweden, finding out information on their stuff

Cool hope it pans out. I’ve had visions of the 1125 in a different frame. Maybe a trellis style cafe or something.
An RC8r type frame would be nice.

Yeh it would do 90. It was bored .030 over and had a nice pipe on it. It did have a street sprocket on it. I think most of it had to do with me only weighing 80 lbs and I was pretty small so in a tuck it was basically just the motorcycle resisting the wind. No helmet or gear. I didn’t even know what that stuff was. Glory days.
