Hello everyone,

I have recently purchased an 1125r that was laid down on the left side. Motor is fine and runs beautifully. I had to replace the foot peg and idiotically took the pulley off now I cannot for the life of me get it back in place. Tried several methods but feel like there is a trick to it that I am missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Release the belt tension by unscrewing the rear axle.

I agree with 99buellx1
You need to loosen up the rear axel main bolt or the pully will never go back in.

Yeah you guys were right. Loosened the axle and got the pulley on no problem. Taking it out for a test ride in the morning
