Well I purchased a set of stock EBR 1190SX Nissin master cylinders (clutch and front brake). Clutch went on easy, buuuut the lever hits the front fairing brace. Well let me check the brake master fitment... worse. The orientation of the banjo bolt location causes it run into the throttle cable, forcing the master cylinder to sit higher up. This leads to even more interference with the front fairing support and an awkward lever position.

Has anyone else done this swap? Run into similar issues? Solution?
I’m looking into a CR upper triple tree with high bars but it seems there are also interference issues with the 1125r front fairing.
Also considering drilling new guide holes into the handlebar for the right control switch to angle it out of the way of the banjo bolt.

But honestly I’m closer to just putting the stock back on and seeking these off. Would be perfect for a CR.

Interesting,,,, I will check out my bikes tomorrow, have an stock Sx, a high bar Cr and a 12R with EBR Rx Upper triple and clip on clamps indexed to clear the frame protectors, Cr lower and Cr forks, also have a spare 1125R Upper that I was going to use on the 12R Fork upgrade. I run Brembo RCS 19 on the 12R brake and a special brembo mechanical perch for the clutch I had made in England, I would think maybe an Sx upper triple could be used with the not needed tabs milled off if the bar position would work,, interesting, wish I had an 1125R local to get the lot together to see clearances

I've made the same switch on my 08 converted to a CR high bar.
Being that it's a CR I wouldn't know about the clutch lever hitting the fairing brace, but I did have to jostle everything around a bit.
I ran into the exact same problem with regards to trying to use the right side switch gear and stock 1125 throttle. I eventually purchased the EBR1190 switch gear and throttle. The throttle is made by Domino and is independent of the switch gear. I ended up rotating it to about the two 'o' clock position to clear the brake line/banjo/light switch, the switch gear egress, and the mirror stalk. That really seemed to do the trick and cleaned everything up nice.
I've kept my 1125r fairing and mount in case I decide to switch back but I haven't mated it up to see what the clearances would be. I imagine that a lot of that is going to be dependent on the handlebars used as well. When I installed high bars, there were some small fitment issues but nothing that couldn't be rotated away from. Conaway has kept the r fairing and done similar and his bike is awesome looking, please see following thread which may help.
