Hello to all,
while beeing a Bueller isn't easy these days i still love these bikes. Therefore i rebuild my 1125 for i think the 25th time and here it is for 2020. On the pic the exhaust is still missing. After using modified stock muffler w/o cat aso. i now use the new style gpr. With the right map it is working very well.
Other mods are 1190 Triple clamp, rear suspension, airbox, monocoque, fairing, GSXR clutch pump, KTM 1290 brake pump, aso.

Awesome R, I just about bought the GPR for my Cr the other day, any pics of the installed pipe? ( I purchased a Dean Adams with IDS tune that is going to be made and polished shortly )

This is a modified fairing from Flexglass. I reinforced it in some places and added some tear-off edges on the inside. The advantage is that the cool wind is pressed from the inside through the radiators to the outside. So the engine doesn't breathe the warm radiator air anymore. The inner lining guides the air optimally past the engine and ensures that the engine waste heat is carried along by negative pressure zones. Additionally I created two vacuum zones in the rear frame area (shortened EBR magnesium rear frame) to dissipate further heat from the rear cylinder. The wiring harness is also modified to ensure a better air flow within the frame. The monocoque is also the cover of the airbox. So I could increase the volume and with other funnels I could optimize the vibration behaviour. With the engine I only did the first classical measures like channels and valves.

I made the cockpit about 3cm narrower on each side. Then a 1190 triple clamp, BKG handlebars, GSXR clutch pump and KTM 1290 brake pump. The new switch units don't really please me. I still have to get to that. Also I have installed a GPR exhaust. Oh yes and of course I wrote a suitable mapping. The Lima-problem I have to deal with with a 847 Richter which is like most of the electrics with LiPo battery installed in the rear fairing.

Thanks to the 1190 rear shock absorber and less fork in the front I have more ground clearance and a more agile handling

are those fairings still available? is hardware for mounting included?
the belly pan/ lower fairings - they compatible w/ stock muffler?
