After I changed the oil the bike sometimes has started but now stuck at home and will not start, and if I do get it started i don't want to take the chance and be stuck away from home.

Sounds like you need a new starter. I’m not understanding the logic between changing oil and the change making the bike not start.

What does it do when you try to start?

You must have washed out the magic the was keeping the sprag clutch working. Its now time to replace the sprag clutch. There are three parts to the sprag clutch. You’ll need the clutch and the outer shell at least but you should check the inner bushing that’s attached to the gear. To replace all three it’s around $500usd.
