I noticed oil coming from main shaft area bought replacement seal and replaced appears oil is still seeping from there any known issue why it would still be leaking install was done per manual thanks

Without more info, it's hard to say, but normally these seals will last the life of an engine. That said, if the output shaft is moving around because of a bad bearing, that would easily destroy the seal.

Second engine in bike first one dropped valvels in rear cylinder got a parts bike and swapped motors motor has about 16k on it leak started about 1k after swap
