That is the barometric sensor it snaps in place on the airbox base under the seat. No hose connection just the electrical plug

Hey guys, I never posted on here before really but I now find my self in a situation where I need to tighten up my stator nut....I think....maybe someone here has heard this noise before, I have attached a hyper link to a video clip on youtube....it sounds bad. If this sounds like the stator nut...can I borrow someones crank locking tool?

Looks like i'm due for diving in and doing this (#3 now, but first out of warranty to be by me).

Any locking tools available for rent or buy still?

Thanks!

Not mine but just found, what looks to be an authentic crank locking tool, on FleaBay. If anyone is interested

Thats one of 6 I had made up. Looks like the one I personally used. I sold it after I was done. $50 would be a good deal, they cost me just over $60 to get made.

@demoniktriple6 I don't know how much luck you will have with the swap. I reached out as well and never got a response. Order it from Twin motorcycles. Took less than a week to get it and it fit perfectly.

I just saw this post. I have an EBR crankshaft locking tool, also have the EBR clutch slave install socket. Sold my 1125R a couple months ago.

Cool man, I haven't done anything with mine yet - been too busy flying. Feel like selling your locking tool?
