I did a 100 when I was 12 on my KE100 bore .030 over ported, polished and well tuned. I weight 60lbs.

My uncle lived out in the country and he follows me out there in his truck one day...i got a pretty good ass whippin by the old man when my uncle told him how fast i was riding....lol. Didn't deter me any though.

I have had my 1125R to 140 indicated in New Mexico.

Been running my RS Carbon in the US Mile sprints.
Last year I hit 172.4 in CO and 172.7 in Texas

Last weekend was the 2nd Colo Mile and I hit 178.4mph in the mile.
My speedo showed 180 as I passed the mile.

Only difference was a Drummer this year and a Dean's last year.

I've hit 150-something a couple times (ran out of road and balls before running out of power), but will push it north of 130 periodically.

I hit 183mph indicated on my '03 GSX-R1000 once, which was probably more like 170mph actual, given speedo optimism.

154.6 ECTA standing (not a flying) mile, official.
About 160+ unofficial (flying) over more than a mile.
Absolutely intoxicating.... of course without alcohol.
Stock 2008 1125r with only K&N air filter and Buell ECM. And a big thanks to my wife for her support (crew) and understanding.
The ECTA 154.6

I ran a 125 at the traps drag racing and held it open a bit more in shut down area to reach a easy 135.

Indicated 159 on a new IC before realizing the sloppy handling was because the rear tire was going flat.

The old IC was about 6% optimistic according to an old GPS Pilot III before it died.
Haven't checked the new IC yet, but I believe it's closer. I was indicating about 69 when a deputy read me at 68 in a 55 a couple weekends ago.
Only a warning...

Panshovevo, the speedometer is "dumb" on the 1125s, they just get the data feed from the ECM telling it what to display, so if you are reading 6% off with one IC you will be 6% off with the other.

Froggy, I have a Garmin Nuvi I can use to check the indicated speed with the new IC, but need to install a power plug for it. The internal battery doesn't last any time at all, never has.

I have the whole setup, just need to find a day when I'm feeling up to doing something other than physical therapy and other exercise to install it.
It's been a long hot summer (after the back surgery last January) and it's been much easier to stay in the A/C than to sweat my butt off in the open shop.
Not enough room in the air conditioned section to work on a bike. Full of machines...

I've hit 175 on the speedo with it hitting the rev limiter in 6th. Idk how much the speedo is off though.

Looking at gearing, an 1125R should be able to hit 175-180 at redline in 6th.

I am just hitting that speed with an 1190RS with 30-40 more hp than an 1125.

Zac, weren'y you also running GP Shift this year, if I remember correctly? I'd say the faster shifts would help keep it in the powerband a bit better as well.

Done 139.78 in the 1/4 mile.

Not sure what I've reached at Road America, never look at the speedo and don't have any data logging.

Held her wide open in Nevada for about five mile.Rock solid 175 mph on speedo at red line stock with a K&N airfilter.Don't know how fast I went at Daytona because I put tape over the speedo but I added a Drummer,a EBR ECM ant the slicks are a little taller but it would red line at 11,000 rpm. That banking takes some getting used to: )
