My 1125r has all the fuses working but has no power to the headlight or horn fuse and all the relays were changed and work but when i test the power going to the relays there doesnt seem to be any power going to them. any ideas? It has a brand new battery and the bike was able to turn over before i changed the battery but now nothing. Gauge cluster turns on and eveything else works but no headlights brake light horn or starter. (Message edited by mdam556 on August 24, 2016) | ||

Sounds like a possible start or ignition relay issue. | ||

there were issues with ignition switch wires chafing on the front fairing bracket. I believe a moto-tool peanut grinder was used to widen the hole thus relieving the friction point. this has been mentioned several times with great success. | ||
