So a while back I installed the EBR clutch actuator/ slave thing. Install was easy.

I noticed though that my clutch lever pull was significantly heavier. Now I'm a big guy so it hadn't really bothered me, till now. Guess it's age but now long in city commutes (stop and go) are posing a problem.

Any ideas as to why my lever pull got so much stiffer? I also noticed that shifts are harder (sometimes hard to find neural as well) but not sure if the two issues are related.

I know it's an old thing but my buddy Google had not been able to help me find a solution.

Thanks
: )

It's obvious the piston is not moving as it should. A pinched o-ring would be my first guess.

Did you completely flush the old fluid out?

I agree with Terry. My EBR clutch slave didn't change the light lever feel of the stock setup. Sounds like it might be an assembly issue.

Did not fully flush old fluid out. Pinched o-ring... guess it's disassemble time again. : )
