My dealer doesn't have a new nut and washer in stock for the rotor. My plan is to inspect the nut and washer if they don't have visual damage i''ll put it together with permanent loctite. I know it's recommended to replace them. What is your opinion?

Use a new one it has a torque spec for a new nut not a used one
