So I am on my second 1125R and just replaced both tires. The previous owner decided to mix and match the front & rear. The front was the OEM Pirelli and the rear was a Continental. On my first bike I went through two front tires and three rear tires all OEM Pirelli. After putting both wheels back on and torqueing everything up I took her for a spin and my mind was blown! It was a completely different bike. On the old tires it was as if the bike was tethered by stiff springs from the CG to the ground at a 45 degree angle that were constantly working to keep the bike upright. Now with the Dunlop's, those springs are removed, and it is almost like the bike is constantly begging to lean more. As I left my driveway I almost put my inside foot down I was so startled. It took some getting used to, particularly at lower speeds, but now I am extremely happy with the change!

Have them on mine too...stick good, curious to see how many miles I'll get out of them.

I'm averaging about 3500 front, 2000~2600 rear, give or take a bit

Ride hard, and I'm a big boy

Yeah, the Diablo Corsa IIIs are terrible tires as far as their profile and overall feel on the bike. The Pilot Power 2CTs, Pilot Pures, and Q3s are all significantly better than stock, with the Q3s being my favorite. Mostly because they lean well and are super sticky.

My CR came to me with new Pilot Power 3's, and in my limited experience, I can't imagine anything being significantly better.

Like I tell my shovelhead friends who don't understand the appeal of the bike, it straightens out roads I once thought twisty, and does it effortlessly.

After riding Harleys with OEM type Dunlops for many years, I was talked in to trying a set of Avon Venoms. One ride, and I swore I'd never buy another Dunlop.

However, circumstances (limited availability of the correct size) forced me to buy a K591 for the rear of my Dyna a few years ago, and it impressed me.
Don't know anything about the Q3s though.

For the everyday road-rager a Pilot Road 2 or RoadSmart tire does the job just as good and gets almost double the mileage.
