Trying to remove the rotor, yes I have the rotor nut removed. Anyone removed with out the special tool. I have read where most slide off with ease. Well not this one. Thanks!

You could try a bearing puller, but mine just slid off

autozone, advance, or something like that will have a bearing or flywheel puller. might try a couple light tapps.comaround the rim with a rubber mallet. mine came right off after.removing nut. dont use more than rubber or wooden mallet. good luck

You can get a propane torch and heat it up. You might have loctite still holding it on.

Remove rotor nut, start bike, rotor off.

Don't listen to me. I'm full of crap.

Mine was stuck on too when I replaced my sprag clutch last year. A couple of light taps going around the perimeter of the rotor with a very soft rubber mallet took it off. Time and patience.
