Need to get ahold of a race upper fairing or preferably headlight filler panels. Anybody have a set of panels they don't use anymore?

Frinzo, sent you a pm.

Nikoff, Indeed they do! As do a few other reputable programs but I am looking for a used piece as It is for a project. Appreciate it though.

Before I got my race upper, I made a set. Covered lights with seran wrap, then laid up fiberglass over that. Once dried it came off perfect as a perfect fit.

I just removed all the headlight components and vinyl wrapped the lens. Cheap and looks ok.

Kruizen, that's what I'm leaning towards. Cheap and easy. I have never worked with fiberglass before. Have a write up or any helpful links??

What I did was:

Saran wrap the lights with the fairing off.
Lay up multiple layers of fiberglass, just read the directions on the epoxy. I used the fabric sheet type of fiber. Pre cut to size before you start.
Then I wrapped it in another layer of Saran wrap and reinstalled the fairing and allowed it to dry over night. This will help shape it and hold everything in place

The top layer of Saran wrap helps smooth it it and reduce the amount of bondo/and sanding needed to smooth it out.
