Bridgestone S20's are on sale at Cycle Gear so I gave them a try. They are great. Very sticky. Predictable. Quick. Lots of feedback.
Now by the time I change tires, my old ones look like triangles and have tread showing, so new tires always feel great. But I like these at least as good as the Q3's. Don't know about wear, but I never get many miles out of any tire, so we'll see.

I put those on my 1125 and got a few thousand on it before I sold the bike, also put them on the xb9 and now the M2 I just picked up recently. Long term (2000+ miles) on the xb9, they're holding up well, but I'm not pushing it all that hard. It's more of a commuter bike for me. Overall, I'm happy with them, I had been using the BT-016's.

Btw, motocycle superstore has a pretty good price on them as well.

Anxious to hear how these hold up since you've compared them to the q3's. I'm at the end of my 2nd set of q3's this season. Seriously awesome tire.

Lol Dean and I literally just had a conversation about how he likes those tires. Like 10 mins ago. Sound good to me. 7k on a rear and 10k on a front. I'd be willing to give them a try.

I really like the Q3 as well. They went fast though. These were cheaper on sale and I really love my racing stones. Hope they last a while.

I have always like thos BT-016s. I went to the Q2 because of the hype and I got several sets for about $200 shipped.

Do the S-20s have a more flatter profile like the old BT-016s? The Q2 and Q3s are quite rounded, which is great for a quick turn in.

I would definitely consider Bridgestones again. I just wish I didn't get a $20 off rebate for Dunlops every time at the races.

The more I ride these, the better I like 'em. Great feedback on the brakes, very predictable when sliding. Monster grip on exit under throttle.
