For those of you that went to the CE605SB regulator and hooked it straight to the battery, did you run the relay that came with the regulator or just go straight to the battery? I have mine ready to install but want to make sure if I should run this or not.

I hooked mine up exactly like the original it replaced; straight to the battery. I did not use any extra fuses or circuit breakers, but those shouldn't hurt anything as long as the connections are solid.
