Guess it's my turn. Took the 1125 out for thee first real ride in months. Got about 10-miles in and at a stop sign smelled the dreaded odor of cooking coolant. Dripping out of right pod and right onto front tire when I parked it on the side stand. Needless to say my ride back was filled with lots of caution and a constant eye on the temp gauge. Will post up what I find when she cools enough to start pulling stuff off.

If you have recently had your 12,000 mile service done, it may be related!

No 12K service yet. I pulled the right radiator and found several serious dings on the inside surface. Leak was below the cap and associated overflow line connections. Big hose connections "looked" good.

Just how screwed am I? It appears that a radiator replacement is in order. The rad has a "Made in China" decal on it. Is this Buell or some aftermarket crap that I inherited??

Will post pic as soon as I figure it out....

call Al at American Sport Bike. Something is wrong with his web page as it lists two left radiators.

The rads on this bike are pretty delicate. I break a couple a year just from the rough tracks we race on.
