I believe the twin cycles rotor is the EBR rotor. I have heard positive results on them

My 1125R is an 08, from the first or second week of production in 2007.
I have had zero electrical issues except broken wires at the keyswitch.
I also had the IC replaced for a mechanical switch failure.

The 08 charging system is lower ouptut(Watts) than the 09+ 1125s.
That said, I have a pair of HIDs in the lobeams and heated grips that get used fairly often. Never seen "System Voltage" on the dash.
Still on the original battery and charging system at 28k miles.

The 08 system is super reliable and enough power for my needs.
YMMV

I agree with Zack my 08 has had no charging issues and I put a 08 rotor and stator in my 09 and took the H D harness out and have had no problems with the charging system. Both bikes have the original batteries.

I believe the reason for the upgraded charging system was because of batteries going dead on the 08's. This ended up being a cluster issue. Larger rotor and I believe the cup may be larger created excess heat and burned the windings. The Harley so called fix was no fix. Relays were burning out and the charging systems failed yet again. I am no engineer, But I work on a lot of 12v electrical and the fix seems counter productive. Shutting off 1 phase to me would make the charging system work harder. If they are shunting that leg or phase to ground it would be the reason the relays burn out.
