- McMaster-Carr 97725A860 - 18.08 mm ID x 23.85 mm OD x 1.25-1.39 mm thickness
- Pointe Products 99-7953-CP - 18 mm ID x 26 mm OD x 2.0 mm thickness


Copper Sealing Washer:

- Buell Q0091.1AM - Measured by Dhdjr - 12 mm ID x 18 mm OD x 1.5 mm thickness - $4 Retail
- McMaster-Carr 97725A250 - 12.07 mm ID x 15.95 mm OD x 1.32-1.5 mm thickness

It should be noted that the Buell filter comes with the O-Ring, the HiFlo doesn't. I don't know about the rest.

I am going to edit your post and add the prices to the OEM parts

the two washer vendors are close in size but not the same. which comes closest to the OEM?
