i've mainly owned 2-strokes, all Honda CRs (80, 125, 250) and one 4-stroke XR250 that was a pig in comparison. cant wait to experience a modern, light-weight thumper. this Huskys gonna rip.

wonder what the new Buells will weigh in at. crazy excited to see what Erik and team release.

Jason, just noticed you are from Mass too, how do you like the TC for New England woods? do any MX on it?

i mainly ride out in the Berkshire forests but have been to Rocky Hill MX in CT and plan to hit up Crow Hill in MA this season. curious how the TC's do in both environments.

Hi Typeone, I just got it at the end of last season .I probly only had time for 6 or so hours of woods riding. This bike is a monster anywhere. I am looking forward to getting used to it.

Are Husky's big in the NE? I've only seen MXA and Transworld reviews, but never seen one in person. Most exotic I've seen was a POS Gas Gas.

No sense in waiting when you can pick up a fine machine like that!
Let's see some photos.
and I will look forward to seeing it after the Typeone treatment.

Stang, not sure how many are sold in NE but Cagiva USA also distributes Husky and MV out of PA. i've got a shop local but i picked this up in NH. (was at a dealer up in VT). even though Husky markets this as their 'motocross' bike... its supposed to be a great off-roader. i ride mostly tight, technical single-track but i visit local MX tracks too. used to be a Hare Scrambles racer back in the day on Honda 2-strokes. should be a perfect bike for me, lovin' the 4-stroke motor so far but still breaking it in.

Stealth, my thoughts exactly! ;) here's some pics from today, just did its first oil change. pretty much ready to start beating on it. its too clean! hahaa.

as far as mods go, it comes with so many tasty bits i'll probably just keep adding guards at the most. so far i've got a JD Jet Kit, Cycra pro-bend guards, Rooster Performance mid-pipe guard, Fastway brake saver and the rest is stock. i need some disk guards too but thats it. its nuts what comes on it... Ohlins shock, Marzocchi forks, Brembo brakes, Magura hydraulic clutch, Excel rims, etc. etc. all choice stuff.

i'll post more pics from rides throughout the season. cant wait for the SFs to open!
