I do have an odd question for owners. Any word on the warranty of EBR's? For the people that purchases before the receivership is your warranty still intact? I would assume that all bikes purchased after the company went into receivership would be sold "as-is" without any type of warranty.

I would be curious to know what the plan is regarding bikes within their warranty timeframe, this would include previous sold and sold during receivership.

Any information regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

As an owner, I have received 0 information since the auction/purchase. I assume I will get something from the court soon saying, sorry, you're SOL on your claims as the funds pool is dried up.

As a dealer i can tell you that I have not been told anything yet in regards to warranties on previously sold EBRs.

I am a creditor as an ex-employee and have not heard anything. Don't have any idea how long this sort of thing takes. Not holding my breath waiting.

I'd guess the Receiver has to figure out how to divvy up the $5.05M he collected on the sale of EBR's assets. It seems employees (via the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development) gets the first cut, which hopefully means Dave and others get compensated, but who knows how the rest of the pecking order goes. Maybe some of that $5.05M goes to the dealers to take care of warranty claims?
