Stock 08 1125r. Running the rear shock in lowest preload(no idea where the valves are set). Stock ECM. Racetec k2 rear running low pressure (no idea).

I shifted too soon a few times. The bike needs plugs and a shim-job. It's definitely slower than it has been.

Just curious to know what experienced racers might be able to tell me about this run.

As I said on Saturday, the MPH seems low for the ET
Shame the computers kept messing up (ET was cancelled eventually due to comp issues) and no 60' was given.

Glad you came out bro!

To me the 1/8 time seems to be way to low compared to the 1/4 time. Something wrong with the sensors at the track?

Blown - the computers were messing up badly all day that day, the reason for no 60s

Can't tell ANYTHING from that slip. The numbers are WAY off . MPH for halftrack and 1320 are impossible for the times. One of the two , times or mph are wildly wrong. I would say that either 10mph or 1 full second added would be about right.

I agree with Bott,completely useless.

my new bike,2008 completely standard except for tie down- went 10.5 @ 135 last meeting, with an exceptional rider on board.

my stretched bike has now gone 9.81 @ 137

60' 1.55
330' 4.125
1/8 6.285 @ 112.67
990' 8.129
1/4 9.817 @136.99

you can see how your slip makes no sense at all. Pointless running at a track whose timing equipment is unreliable.

I'd like to point out that this wasnt a backwoods track, but a NHRA track, Bristol
The terrible storms might have had something to do with it

Hybrid - understood about it being computer f-ups . I'm just letting Howclutch know that NOTHING on that slip should be used to analyze his bike or riding technique... Bristol is no backwoods track for sure-

I didn't realize they had problems with the timers, until after Hybrid and I exchanged a few emails.

Back to the drawing board for me : )
