any thing I can do to get it setup?

I got a penske shock in the back, and a chain drive. Im going to go with a smaller sprocket and pull my wheel back as much as I can.

Also what about suspension?

Stiffest and highest in the back or what?

tips? front end strap? how to secure it?

Lowest possible in rear. SOFT compression FIRM rebound. You want the bike to quickly squat and slowly rise. Definitely strap it , it is the cheapest and most beneficial improvement you can get for the bike. You will need to find a happy height for the front. Srart by just snugging it down. All you.are really trying to do is eliminate the 'pogo stick' effect the forks will get as you launch and transfer weight to the rear. The lower the front is- the better the wheel stays down - but- too low will cause wheelspin.
Run threaded rod through the front axle to fasten an approved strap.
Have FUN , as others have said...
