Simple question:

Has anyone used any of this companies tuning components and can express some opinion about them? For example, the Baro Sensor unit and the "Tune a Buell" device.

I bought the Buelltooth diagnostic unit, and I am impressed with its usefulness, but I am curious about these other two devises.

If anyone's used these or either of Buelltooth's exhaust systems, I'm curious to hear any thoughts or impressions.

Thanks!

I recently installed the Baro sensor since the bike is full time open loop (runs much much better). However, I have not yet traveled out of the valley to know whether the new sensor is doing its job -- soon I hope.

Thanks. After I learn a little more about "open loop" vs. "closed loop" configurations, I pay pick that piece up.

I had a brief email exchange with Dave at Buelltooth, and we discussed the challenges of tuning an XB after doing a big-bore kit and headwork. He also suggested that the "Tune a Buell" piece was a pretty useful component as well. I'm considering a Hammer Performance bug bore kit and stage two headwork, since I'm currently looking at having to replace my upper pushrod seals. I figure, since I've got to remove the entire top end anyway, this may be a good time to look into this.

I have heard that getting a good tune after making such a drastic mod can be challenging, but that this device can greatly simplify the process.

I'm interested in hearing any personal experiences form those who have done this.

I don't see a big bore kit for the 1203 XB on Hammer Performance's site and I don't see dyno's for it in their dyno area.

Do you have a link?

I just got a Buelltooth. I have had intermittent luck pairing it to my samsung galaxy tab E, and no luck at all pairing it to my samsung galaxy S5. I followed the instructions verbatim. Any suggestions?

Pairs with my S5 so it's not a compatibility issue.

I have their cable and Baro Sensor (bike is 100% open loop).

I just returned from a trip that took me from sea level to 5000+ ft and back again and back again (no, I didn't repeat myself). Bike ran bad ass entire time.

BuellTooth provided the tune for my bike which has a modified exhaust with spark arrestor to stay compliant for the off-road shredding I enjoy.

Sorry about the Jan 28th post. That clearly went to the wrong thread XD
