sold the 08 Uly a couple of years ago and now looking at an 09 XT.
I believe Al from American Sport Bike closed his doors, is it still possible to get parts i.e. injectors, temp sensors, gaskets, etc?

that's good news. I am riding a Strada enduro now but have missed the Buell.
There is no replacement bike that compares.

Parts availability is about the same as it was when you sold your bike. A few parts are now discontinued, but nearly everything is still available. American Sport Bike is no longer around, but any Harley dealer can now order parts (not just the Buell dealers), and St Paul linked above was Al's supplier of the OEM parts.

checking the XT tonight. I like the fact it's a little lower than the X.
Looks like EBR is still around for ecms.

I was concerned to but Lance at St Pauls HD really stepped up with parts and we have a few guys on here who have a massive stash of used parts.

Several of us bought the "American Sportbike Survival Kit" when American Sport Bike closed down.

I figured if I was going to have a Ulysses I wanted to have pretty much one of everything and a couple of some other things . . . .

I suspect there are a ton of parts out there somewhere.

I'm going to sell the Ulysses and will likely dump the entire stock of parts, either in the "American Sport Bike Survival Pack" or piece by piece over time.

But . . . I doubt there is any problem getting parts for quite some time.
