Road Smart II included. I'm going to say these are the best tires yet I've used on my Uly. They are very different from the original Road Smarts which I also liked, smoother, excellent rain grip, can't speak to mileage yet only a few K on them.

Depending on where you get them this $50 rebate can drop the shipped price for 2 to under $200 which is an exceptional deal for premium tires IMO.

Anybody with experience, able to compare Road Smart II to PR4's? I've got a PR3 on my ULY and liked the PR2 that was there before it. Haven't used a Dunlop on the Uly except for the D616 which was ok until the cupping ruined them. Haven't been able to complain about the Michelins, they apparently are made very well. They don't even come with a balancing dot. How about the Dunlop Road Smarts, do they have a dot?

I'm due for tires. I've used PR2's, and liked them (good life), and i'm curious about PR3's and PR4's, (newer doesn't always mean better) Also are PR2's still available?

Arry,

Yes...the PR2s are still available. Not sure if Michelin's plan is to phase them out or not. The PR2s are my favorite tire I've ran on the Uly...great handling & long-lasting. I replaced them with the PR3s....also a nice tire (no real complaints), but I felt the PR2s were a better handling tire (could be in my head though!).

Due to a $40 Bridgestone rebate (similar to this Dunlop case), I just mounted a set of Battlax T30 Sport-Touring (Front single compound, Rear dual compound). I will report back on handling & mileage in the near future if anyone is interested.

I put a set on my Zrex late last year to replace the Q3,so I don't know how they will do yet, (long U.P. winters) leaving memorial weekend for 3 weeks on them so we will see.
I know a lot of folks trashed the 616 and except for the short mileage life I really liked them especially in the rain,I loved the zinging sound they made in deep water.
I have always liked Dunlop's clear back to the good ole days of the tt100's
