stealthfighter I like the firebolt front too. Just that little change and I would have loved the bike I'm sure. |

See it is the fairing, look how sick that bike looks with the Firebolt face!!!!!! That is what I could have gotten excited about! Maybe freshen it up a bit, but it is better already. I knew the pods didn't bug me. --Sean |

Look full tuck unless your 5'1" I don't think IMHO it needs lowering.. Hey Dark Horse if your listening, Motor mounted Frame Sliders would be a nice addition.

I would buy the "1125R Naked (Combat green)" if it was available - that is just too beautiful! |

The naked version looks like, hmmm.. a new Lightning? Now, the bike as it is ... is it a final production version? Will there be any further tweaking before mass production begins? |

I've heard there might be a few minor refinements... I like the pods because they are just different. I'd love to see them incorporated into a fairing.. I'm sure buell will pimp more stuff for this bike than we know what do with. |

I like the ideas but the fairing need to stay high... The bars will hit it if it is too low. |

"Not exactly true . . . you have to understand Italians. They ride their Buells like the wind, they rent castles on beautiful islands, ride there with beautiful women and drink great wine. . . sleep and ride some more. When their bikes break, they have a meal. . . a little wine, they fix the bike, they have a huge dinner and ride again the next day. I'm learning a lot from my Italian Buell Friends. Gionvani, I'll be there for 3 weeks next June with a contingent of Buell folks . . . better watch out! Chow for now! Court " I want to go......PLEASE!!! |

The bars will hit it if it is too low. no problem, just throw on the touring windscreen its about 1-2" higher than my last mockup. the bars still clear due to the portion of the fairing that bulges out. (this is all just PS fun of course) threw some rear signals on there too.. .

It looks much better with that front fairing low like that Typeone. They find the specs in the windtunnel more important than the looks I guess. |

i think a half-fairing up front, a little lower and connected to shroud the radiators would look great. love the exposed motor and pipes with that type of styling. but yeah, i know, lots of testing went into how things are positioned on the new bike. too bad the designers didn't keep pushing back on the engineers. reminds me of that V-Rod documentary I watched a while back where the designer kept coming up with stuff that looked great but the engineers were like, 'uh, don't think so'... but they were pushed to make the styling work. wish that was the case here... the XBRR is not a pretty race bike (to me). btw, as mentioned before, totally dig your renderings, Buellgekk! that Naked version rules. |
