I'm looking for a lead on a good helmet painter. Google turns up the usual thousands of hits. If any one here has first hand experience with someone good, I'd love to know about them. Thanks in advance! |

http://www.katewerk.com/ This young lady has done several helmets for a friend of mine. Her prices are more than reasonable and her turn around time is pretty decent. |

Hmm, still no word on an actual dollar amount. I know every one is different due to "complexity, design, colors, etc" but a rough estimate would be cool. How much did some of you guys pay through these guys you recommend? |

Stou is a awesome airbrush artist as Buelltroll has pointed out as well. Will Christman of the Sign Shop that painted my bike he I know gets about 350 starting. He does 3D helmets you name it. Helmets are kinda time consuming I know. They are completely taken apart even the venting needs extra prep time to paint those sometimes tiny plastic pieces. |

Thank you Bads1, kind of helps those who are wondering on an amount. I figured it would start somewhere around $300. |

Give Bruce a call at Brain Buckets. His work starts in the $200.00's on a fresh white or black lid. My first one was a friend deal (the sphere's helemt) as I've known him for 17 years. The Gator theme helmet was regular price of $250.00. |

if you still want more options, check these guys out....http://www.bkdesigns.net/ used to work with Kevin a couple of years back. Aside: he and his tricked out RG500 were storied in April 2006's SportRider magazine. |
