All -- should I be using the Thunderstorm torque values when installing XB heads on a 2000 tuber engine? are XB torque cvalues the same as tubers? can you spare $20 til payday? thanks |

No 20 dollars, But I have been using the Tuber torque values since I got the XB heads and have seen nor experienced any problems. |

The head install procedures are the same between my 02 Cyclone and 03 Firebolt service manuals. Both bikes have Thunderstorm heads, though, so I can't say if they were different for a pre-storm tuber. |

Bomber, When I put them on my S1. I used the S1 manuals numbers, all has been fine. Having done the top end gaskets on my RS using Cometic MLS. I used the Cometic numbers for torque. |
