Anyone know if I can download the section for the location of Buell dealers into my 376C Garmin? I just installed the bar risers from Trojan. They work great. I needed them due to a neck injury many years ago. Now there is no pain in the neck. |

The Buell dealer list on the Garmin/Buell Quest site is not just a file with the locations of the dealers, it is actually a firmware patch that will only load into a Buell Quest. I tried to get it to install on my regular Garmin Quest and it was unable to write to the correct memory location. I've thought about just using the addresses listed in the back of the atlas I got with my BRAG membership and creating a GPX file so anybody could use it with almost any GPS or Google Earth. If I get around to making that file, I'll post it here. |

Dave, Check this out: http://www.drewcommins.com/hddealers/ That size has a link for a download of all the H-D dealers in the U.S., the download (a *.zip file) contains the data in *.gdb, *.gpx, *.csv, and *.kmz files. That may save you some work. Jack |

Nice find! Thanks - that's exactly what I was going to do myself. Less time typing = more time riding! |

MB Yes they are about 1 and 1/2 inch taller thus they can also rotate back a tad. Standing on the pegs now when needed feels better also.No cable changes. If I had a complaint it would be that they are bright silver and also cannot use the nice top cap with the Uly logo on it. |

Hi folks, I have been thinking about a bar riser, but the angle of the Buell clamps precludes an easy fabricated solution. I decided to purchase a Buell top cap for $17 and four 2" grade 8 H-D cap screws. I removed the existing 1" cap screws and placed the new top cap upside down on the lower handlebar clamps, replace the handlebar, then replace the old top cap with the Uly logo on it. Use the 2" bolts and make sure you crank them down. This arrangement gives roughly 7/8" of bar rise. I have just done this and only taken a couple of rides, but it seems pretty secure. Seems an easy and cheap solution at least to see if a slight bar rise makes a difference for you. Buell part number N0348.1ADYBP Clamp, Handlebar Upper, Graphi Enjoy, Raudy |

Raudy: I wish you had posted this about a month ago. I would have tried your idea first. Much cheaper. MB182 I'll get the number for you when I get home. I emailed the folks over there and they were very responsive to my questions and told me what model to get. |

I also have flipped a top clamp for additional handle bar height. Trouble free 2000+ miles so far since the modification on both dirt and highway. My only complaint is it didn't keep me from taking a dirt nap last weekend in deep sand. Totally my fault of course. |
