I KNOW we have a gaggle of Buellers in the Atlanta area (home of the FIRST official Buell American Motorcycles B.R.A.G. Chapter) and I expect an exciting announcement regarding the Buell XBRR at Atlanta. Anybody(s) wanna take the lead and start stirring the troops and making arrangements? Drop me a note. |

Hey, what's the deal on camping? it's been a decade or so but I was camping out for free at Road Atlanta with race tickets. Is that still the case? Where are the toilets and showers? It's Labor Day so MAYBE I might be able to squeeze away, I missed Barber, but so did the XBRR and I am still HOPING... |

Didn't ask about tent camping, but it's $50 for my camper for the weekend. First come first serve. I'm shooting for right after work Friday AM and sleep in the camper for a couple hours. |

Curt, The 3 day pass is $75 if you order online, camping is $25. They have instituted a rule about bikes/4-wheelers. If it ain't registered, you gotta pay to play ($50 to get it in the gate). And if it is lower than 125cc, you just can't bring it in. They are finding new and creative ways to yank the fun out of a race weekend, that is for sure. |

Holy guacamole . . . I've been bombarded with benevolent Buellers lining up to help. This is TOO COOL! I'm gonna be snowed under at work today and will start getting back to folks this evening. In the meantime, I'm gonna suggest that we have a SPOC (Single Point of Contact), likely the leader of your local B.R.A.G. group, that I can coordinate with. Discuss and I'll be back to ya later this afternoon. Most of all . . . THANK YOU! |

Court, Our BRAG Director is Will (Black_sunshine). He can more than likely be your single point of contact, he is, by nature, a very organized person. |

Yes, Jeremy will be there. Warr's has stepped up to run him at least one more time, and his bike might have a few improvements... |

RAtyson sez: "The 3 day pass is $75 if you order online, camping is $25. They have instituted a rule about bikes/4-wheelers. If it ain't registered, you gotta pay to play ($50 to get it in the gate). They need to take some of the "fun" out if that place at night, and during the day. The drunken crazzees have taken over the place. There are little kids on minibikes riding all over the place while Daddy gets hammered over under the canopy. Back and forth, kicking up dust and/or making mud. There will still be fun. RA needs to spend a little money on its infrastructure, the showers are abysmal and way too few. jimi |

M1 sez: "Wow Jimi... You just can't STAND people having fun can you? TAKE THE FUN OUT OF IT!!! OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!!! LOL ." I like to party as much as (or more than) the next guy. But because we are packed in there so tightly, there has to be limits. The rule of thumb should be: My fun ends when is encroaches on other people's fun. We all paid hard-earned cash to get in there, so respect for others should be paramount. It is like some kids in a movie theater talking and cutting up right next to you. It ruins your experience. Call me old fashioned if you will. Unfortunately, the consumption of alcohol in excess eliminates the judgement of some as to where that encroachment line is...and therein lies the rub. They become selfish children in men's bodies, which is a most unflattering combination. And dangerous. jd |
