I have a 05 xb9 that has a rattle type noise from engine. It distinctly starts at 2500 rpm when on the throttle. I've double checked the primary chain tension, changed all fluids, tried different gas, and it's still there. It's weird because it only happens when i'm giving it gas. It's nice and quiet right up until 2500 rpms. Is this just normal? |

Pinging? Does it sound like marbles in the crank case? Does it go away at large throttle openings but presents itself with a moderate roll on? |

Sounds like it's more from left side of bike. It does go away a bit on large throttle openings but that might be due to the latus muffler. lol. It is more present on moderate roll on. I'm running stock filter, race ecm, latus muffler. |

Check your exhaust hardware for something being loose. |
